Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is looking for a Data Scientist III to strengthen their team in Bangalore. BEWS leads Ericsson’s Enterprise Networking and Security business, delivering cutting-edge solutions in Wireless-WAN, Enterprise Private 5G, and Secure Access Services Edge (SASE).

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact data science projects, applying advanced analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI to improve business outcomes, optimize product development, and shape the future of enterprise connectivity.

What You Will Do:

• Develop scientific methods, systems, and processes to extract insights from data.
• Mine and analyze data to improve business strategies and product performance.
• Evaluate new data sources and data collection techniques.
• Build custom data models and algorithms for varied datasets.
• Leverage Generative AI, predictive modeling, and ML techniques to drive business outcomes.
• Enhance customer experience, revenue generation, and decision-making through advanced analytics.

Requirements:

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• A B.Tech/B.E., M.Tech/MS in Computer Science or Masters in Mathematics/Statistics from a reputed institute.
• 4–6 years of professional experience in Data Science.
• Strong foundations in statistics, hypothesis testing, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark).
• Familiarity with ETL development, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Experience in data visualization, deep learning, and NLP.
• Good knowledge of version control (Git) and working in Linux environments.
• (Preferred) Understanding of Reinforcement Learning and Causal Inference.
